We offer the option to customize your design, color, and size to match your preferences. However, please note that custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Only ready-made items are eligible for exchange.

2.⁠ ⁠Delivery Time:
– Ready Items: Delivery within 2 business days.
– Pre-Order and Customized Items: Delivery will take between 6-8 business days.
– Bridal Items: Bridal wear typically requires a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery.
– Worldwide Shipping: Delivery time varies based on the order and customization details. It may take longer depending on your location and order specifics.
– Regular Delivery: Standard delivery time for most orders is 10-14 business days.

3.⁠ ⁠Product Color:
Please note that there might be slight variations in color due to lighting and camera settings. We do our best to ensure accurate representation of our products.

4.⁠ ⁠Design and Color Changes:
For pre-order and custom items, design and color changes may occur depending on availability. We will notify you of any such changes.

5.⁠ ⁠Blouse Stitching:
For blouse stitching, kindly provide your measurements after placing the order. You can share your measurements through a phone call or text via our call center helpline.

6.⁠ ⁠Urgent Orders:
We accept urgent orders. Same-day delivery is available for Dhaka city customers, depending on the product’s availability.

7.⁠ ⁠Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, our customer support team will contact you to confirm your order. Please ensure you are available to take the call.
