হ্যাঁ, অবশ্যই! আমরা আপনার পছন্দমতো কাস্টম ডিজাইন, কালার, এমব্রয়ডারি, ফ্যাব্রিক সবকিছু করে দিই। শুধু WhatsApp-এ আপনার আইডিয়া পাঠান — আমাদের ডিজাইনার Shafayet Hossain Khan নিজে দেখবেন।

ডেলিভারি কতদিন লাগে?

প্রি-অর্ডার ও রেগুলার প্রোডাক্টের জন্য ঢাকার মধ্যে ২-৪ দিন, ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৭ দিন লাগে। আন্তর্জাতিক ডেলিভারি ৭-১৫ দিন। Express delivery-ও আছে (অতিরিক্ত চার্জ)।

রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি কী?

প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যায় (unused & tags attached থাকতে হবে)। কাস্টম ডিজাইনের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন নেই, তবে এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্ভব।

পেমেন্টের কী কী অপশন আছে?

বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, কার্ড (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Cash on Delivery (COD), এবং Bank Transfer সবই আছে। প্রি-অর্ডারে ৫০% অ্যাডভান্স দিতে হয়।
