Custom Bridal Order Policy – Your Dream, Our Craft
All our bridal outfits are made on a pre-order basis, handcrafted with love and attention to detail to ensure your special day feels truly unforgettable.
Delivery Timeline:
Standard production takes 10–16 business days. However, for premium or highly customized pieces, delivery may extend by an additional 10–20 business days, depending on design complexity.
Payment Terms:
Local Customers: A 40% advance is required to confirm the order. The remaining 60% is payable on delivery (COD).
International Customers: Full payment is required upfront, including shipping charges.
Color & Customization:
Since all bridal outfits are made to order, slight variations in color may occur. Once the order is confirmed, we’ll send multiple color options within 7 days, so you can finalize your preferred shade before we begin crafting.
