– Ready Items: Delivery within 2 business days.
– Pre-Order and Customized Items: Delivery will take between 6-8 business days.
– Bridal Items: Bridal wear typically requires a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery.
– Worldwide Shipping: Delivery time varies based on the order and customization details. It may take longer depending on your location and order specifics.
– Regular Delivery: Standard delivery time for most orders is 10-14 business days.
3. Product Color:
Please note that there might be slight variations in color due to lighting and camera settings. We do our best to ensure accurate representation of our products.
4. Design and Color Changes:
For pre-order and custom items, design and color changes may occur depending on availability. We will notify you of any such changes.
5. Blouse Stitching:
For blouse stitching, kindly provide your measurements after placing the order. You can share your measurements through a phone call or text via our call center helpline.
6. Urgent Orders:
We accept urgent orders. Same-day delivery is available for Dhaka city customers, depending on the product’s availability.
